Amazing Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe
Cauliflower: The Versatile Veggie
Being an avid fan of traditional non-vegan buffalo wings, I can attest these cauliflower wings are one of the most realistic vegan recipes I’ve ever tasted. I could not believe how much they tasted like the real thing! Pair them with a vegan aioli dip and these wings are the perfect dish for you to share with your friends and family. Also, they’re super easy to make!
Cauliflower wings are tender and have a crispy crunch to them that emulates the consistency of a classic buffalo wing. Being that cauliflower does not have a strong taste of its own, there are a ton of non-vegan recipes you can replicate, similar to these vegan buffalo wings. In this case, the buffalo wing sauce does a great job of giving the cauliflower florets a tangy taste with just the right amount of kick. For all my gluten free friends, you can substitute flour with chickpea flour to make this dish 100% vegan and gluten free friendly! To top it off, these wings won’t have as much of an impact on your waistline as they contain less calories than actual chicken wings while still tasting just as good (if not better)!

¾ cup All-Purpose Flour or Chickpea Flour (for gluten-free recipe)

Salt and Pepper to taste
